Anastasia’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Attachment Therapy. This approach allows her to address a wide range of concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
Anastasia’s practice focuses on working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants, etc.). She has extensive experience working with clients who have a history of complex trauma, PTSD, personality disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, ADHD, executive dysfunction, involvement with the criminal justice system, as well as anxiety and mood disorders.
