Connor Myers is a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Professional who is pursuing his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Once an actor, Connor yearned for deeper meaning and connection and sought to help others in their wellness journey, taking the empathetic and connection-making skills he received in his artistic career, and utilizing them to help others. Connor works with Adlerian talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to examine your style of life, behavioral patterns you have created based on your early social interactions, and ways to create healthier patterns that better serve you. Connor works through a multicultural and collaborative lens to ensure that each client is seen fully for who they are, and create goals based on their specific needs. Utilizing an integrative method with multiple theoretical approaches allows Connor to mold treatment to the needs of each individual client. Connor is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and is passionate about working with the queer community in exploring areas of interest like sexual and gender identity, sexual dysfunction, communication styles, depression, anxiety, relational concerns, body image struggles, and dating culture. Connor looks forward to hearing from you and collaborating on ways to create a happier lifestyle.
