As a mental health counselor, I firmly believe in each person’s intrinsic capacity to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. My dedication lies in helping individuals uncover and harness their skills and strengths, ultimately fostering self-improvement and transformation. I strive to create a therapeutic environment grounded in empathy and awareness, where everyone feels seen, heard, and understood. By providing a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth, I empower my clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

I am passionate about working with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and young adults who are facing life’s inevitable hardships. My particular areas of interest include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and low self-esteem.

To help my clients achieve their goals, I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities. The integrative nature of my practice allows me to develop treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique and diverse needs. By drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Feminist Therapy, I apply a wide range of techniques that are culturally sensitive and responsive to each client’s specific experiences and backgrounds. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients feel valued and supported, fostering an environment conducive to meaningful and lasting progress.

Through my own mental health journey and my clinical experience at a women’s rehabilitation center, I understand how intimidating and unnerving the therapeutic process can be. Being vulnerable can be scary, but you are not alone. My goal is to guide individuals on their path to self-improvement within a space that feels safe and trustworthy.
