Life’s transitions and challenges can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As a BIPOC-identifying therapist, I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and personal growth with support and understanding.
My work is rooted in mindfulness-based therapy, somatic practices, and multicultural counseling. I help individuals and couples manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and identity exploration. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic techniques to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
For couples, I focus on strengthening communication, emotional connection, and conflict resolution, ensuring both partners feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re looking to process life’s challenges, reconnect with yourself, or improve your relationships, I strive to create a collaborative, affirming space tailored to your unique needs.
I work with individuals who are navigating multicultural identities, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional resilience. My approach is holistic and client-centered, allowing for a blend of mindfulness, evidence-based practices, and somatic techniques to create meaningful and lasting change. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth.
Everyone deserves quality mental health care at an affordable price.
