Megan Burton holds a Master of Education in Psychology from Columbia University,
where her research focused on addressing systemic barriers to mental health care and creating
effective intervention strategies. Megan’s background spans corporate leadership, mental health
advocacy, and executive coaching. She co-founded and led multiple successful fintech startups
and has extensive experience in coaching high-level professionals to achieve personal and
professional growth.
Megan is committed to community service. She founded the Atlanta Chapter of the Young
Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and facilitated mentorship programs for the National Association of
Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC). As a
certified facilitator, she collaborated with companies to build high-functioning teams. Her
approach to leadership coaching is rooted in the belief that authentic, transparent communication
is the foundation of successful teams.
In her clinical work, Megan creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can
explore personal growth and navigate life’s most intimate challenges. She draws on her expertise in
leadership coaching to empower clients to reclaim agency in their healing journey, guiding them to
