A key focus of our sessions will be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. By understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, we’ll work together to shift negative patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping with stress or anxiety. I also use mindfulness techniques to help you stay grounded and present, especially in overwhelming moments. These practices can bring clarity and calm, helping you manage stress more effectively. We’ll also focus on your existing strengths and resources, using a strengths-based approach to empower you in overcoming challenges and moving toward your goals.

Our work together will be collaborative, with you playing an active role in setting goals and shaping the direction of our sessions. Most importantly, we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, knowing that growth and healing take time. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you – offering guidance, support, and understanding as we explore your personal growth and navigate life’s challenges.
