What we cover

Connection beyond small talk.

Topics we return to across the group, shaped by what members bring in and guided by the facilitator.

  1. 01

    Connection & community

Building friendships that go deeper than the surface.

  2. 02

    Isolation & loneliness

Naming it honestly, and finding your way back to people.

  3. 03

    Dating & relationships

What you want, what you keep repeating, and what healthy looks like.

  4. 04

    Identity & authenticity

Showing up as yourself, in rooms that haven't always made that easy.

  5. 05

    Family & belonging

Navigating acceptance, chosen family, and everything in between.

  6. 06

    Confidence & self-worth

A steadier sense of self that doesn't hinge on anyone's approval.

Common questions, honest answers

Does insurance cover this group?

We're in-network with most major carriers, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and EmblemHealth. Our care team verifies coverage before you begin.

Will I have to share before I'm ready?

No. You're always welcome to listen. The group is designed so participation grows at your own pace, and no one is pushed to open up before they're ready.

Is this a replacement for individual therapy?

Not always. Group works well alongside individual therapy, and it can also be a great first step. Our care team helps figure out what makes sense for you specifically.

Are sessions confidential?

Absolutely. All participants sign confidentiality agreements, and session content stays in the group. To further protect privacy, AI tools, recording, and screenshots are not permitted.

Community starts with one conversation.

Start with a confidential inquiry. Our care team will help figure out if this group is the right fit.
