What We Look For
To be considered for a position at Modern Therapy Group, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
- Master’s Degree (MHC-LP, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
- LGBTQ+ Affirmative – We foster an inclusive and supportive environment
- At Least 1 Year of Experience working with adults in a psychotherapy setting
- Minimum Caseload of 24 Clients per Week
- Experience or Desire to Work with Couples
- Minimum Commitment of 2 Years to the practice

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time | 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay Rate: $30.00 - $65.00 per session (Fee-for-Service)
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
License/Certification
