What We Look For
To be considered for a position at Modern Therapy Group, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
Master’s Degree in a mental health field
(MHC-LP, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)LGBTQIA+ Affirming — We foster an inclusive, anti-oppressive, and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians
At least 1 year of experience working with adults in a psychotherapy setting
Minimum caseload commitment of 24 clients per week
Interest or experience in working with couples
Minimum 2-year commitment to the practice
Current Clinical Needs
We are seeking clinicians with experience, certification, or advanced training in the following areas:
Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) or equivalent experience in addiction work.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or other trauma-specific modalities
Couples Therapy, Relationship Dynamics, or Sex Therapy
Group Therapy and Psychoeducation
Clinicians with an interest in BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or health-justice-oriented work

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time | 1099 Independent Contractor
- Pay Rate: $30.00 - $65.00 per session (Fee-for-Service)
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
