What we cover

Understanding what happened, and what comes next.

Topics we return to across the group, guided by the facilitator and paced by what members are ready for.

  1. 01

    Recognizing the patterns

Naming what was actually happening, often for the first time out loud.

  2. 02

    Boundaries that hold

Learning to set them, and to stop apologizing for having them.

  3. 03

    Codependency

Untangling your sense of self from someone else's needs and moods.

  4. 04

    Rebuilding self-trust

Learning to believe your own read on things again.

  5. 05

    Grief & letting go

Mourning the relationship you hoped it was, not just the one it became.

  6. 06

    Healthy connection

What safety, respect, and mutuality actually feel like.

Who it's for

For anyone finding their way back.

For anyone recovering from a toxic or codependent relationship, romantic, family, or otherwise. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to belong here.

  • You keep replaying the relationship, trying to make sense of it.
  • You second-guess your own memory or judgment more than you used to.
  • Boundaries feel dangerous, even when you know you need them.
  • You're out, but you don't feel free yet.
  • You want to heal alongside people who understand.

Common questions, honest answers

Does insurance cover this group?

We're in-network with most major carriers, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and EmblemHealth. Our care team verifies coverage before you begin.

Will I have to share before I'm ready?

No. You're always welcome to listen. The group is designed so participation grows at your own pace, and no one is pushed to open up before they're ready.

Is this a replacement for individual therapy?

Not always. Group works well alongside individual therapy, and it can also be a great first step. Our care team helps figure out what makes sense for you specifically.

Are sessions confidential?

Absolutely. All participants sign confidentiality agreements, and session content stays in the group. To further protect privacy, AI tools, recording, and screenshots are not permitted.
