As a therapist committed to social justice and culturally responsive care, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and valued. I believe therapy should honor your unique identity, culture, and lived experiences, and I approach each client with curiosity and compassion.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and stress related to academics, careers, and sports performance. My approach is trauma-informed, integrating psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with somatic interventions, creative expression, and attachment-based work. I am especially passionate about women’s health and supporting survivors of trauma by creating a safe, affirming space to explore its impact on different areas of your life, develop emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present while incorporating mind-body exercises, journaling, self-care practices, and practical coping tools to foster self-reflection, resilience, and lasting change.

As a former student-athlete and coach, I also have a special interest in supporting athletes navigating performance pressure, burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible but transformative—and that reclaiming your mental health is an act of self-love and resilience.
