I am happy to help you navigate life’s challenges, reach a higher level of emotional well-being, and cultivate stronger relationships with yourself and others. I also bring experience in navigating career transitions and life or role changes, allowing me to support others as they move through periods of change.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, direct communication, genuine curiosity, and evidence-based techniques that are tailored to each person. My style integrates several approaches, including Bowen Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused and Person-Centered. I am warm and direct in my communication, and I ask a lot of questions. The circumstances are unique for every person, as is my relational approach.

As we work together, my role is to support you in letting go of patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for deeper understanding and peace. Many clients share that they begin to notice shifts in their symptoms and overall clarity as we move through the early stages of therapy, with continued growth over time. The process isn’t always easy, but we’ll navigate through together and clear the path along the way.
