I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy that draws from techniques of Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness. Much of my work centers on helping you understand your experience in the “here and now” and getting in touch with your feelings. My therapeutic style is patient, warm, supportive, and empowering. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing anything on your mind while processing your emotions. I am a strong believer that speaking on and exploring concerns allows for healing and growth.
Throughout my practice, I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and couples who have experienced depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, family and relationship concerns, socio-cultural issues, and men’s issues. Furthermore, I have extensive experience working with individuals with special needs and learning disabilities.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and recently earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. I am excited about the opportunity to connect with you and support you on your journey.
Everyone deserves quality mental health care at an affordable price.
