We are proud to be an in network provider with United Healthcare, Empire, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and many other insurance providers. We also work with most insurance companies on and do all of the paperwork for you.
Most patients find that their health insurance companies will cover some if not all of our fees. How much is covered depends on your particular policy and includes factors like deductibles and co-pays.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that patients are busy, and schedule conflicts do arise from time to time. We do not charge a fee for sessions canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions and cancellations within 48 hours will be billed at the regular rate.
