By utilizing an integrative approach of solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches, we can address a range of issues in a holistic, personalized, and effective way, allowing us to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each client and promote long-term emotional well-being.

My specialty areas include a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and much more. Being a gay man, I am particularly attuned to the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to offer an inclusive and affirming environment for all my clients.
