Have you ever felt like you’re always showing up for others but struggle to show up for yourself? Maybe you find yourself overthinking, questioning your worth, or carrying experiences that are difficult to put into words. You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone, and you deserve a space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.

I work with young adults and adults navigating trauma, intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. I’m especially passionate about supporting people healing from trauma, as well as LGBTQ+ and transgender and gender-nonconforming (TGNC) individuals seeking affirming care. I also support couples who are looking for a safe space to strengthen communication.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you build healthier coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and feel more confident in yourself.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll work together at your pace to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful change. All identities and relationship structures are welcome.
