Cerita is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to her work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Iona College.
Her experience spans working with young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and depression, as well as supporting older adults and serving in local schools. She has a particular passion for working with BIPOC young adults, especially those who are second-generation immigrants or exploring identity alongside cultural and family expectations.
