I believe healing begins with connection. I approach each client relationship with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique life experiences. My style is collaborative and relational, centered on the belief that the therapeutic bond is a powerful space for self-exploration, resilience, and growth.
I support adolescents, young adults, and adults from a Relational-Cultural framework that emphasizes empathy, empowerment, and mutual connection. I also integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Therapy, tailoring each session to your goals and needs. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, or just looking to understand yourself better, I strive to meet you where you are with compassion and care.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont. I’ve supported clients across various stages of life and in multiple therapeutic settings. I’m especially passionate about creating a culturally responsive, inclusive, and empowering space.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a Division 1 collegiate athlete and club soccer coach, experiences that profoundly shaped my understanding of identity, collaboration, and mental resilience. These roles helped me cultivate presence, leadership, and adaptability—skills I now bring into the therapeutic setting, especially when working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals facing stress, anxiety, or high-pressure environments.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—and build an environment that is supportive and grounded in mutual respect. Let’s start where you are and grow from there.
