I work with individuals and couples, and I am committed to providing affirming support to those from the Hispanic and LGBTQIA+ communities. My expertise lies in assisting clients who are struggling with emotional and mood challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, and burnout. I also specialize in behavioral concerns such as low self-esteem and confidence building, navigating behavioral problems, issues related to sex and porn addiction, and challenges with substance use as they move toward recovery.
My approach integrates proven, evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, all delivered through a person-centered lens.
