Many of those I work with are doing well on the surface, yet feel stuck, restless, and anxious underneath. They feel lost, carrying pressure while feeling disconnected from the person they want to be. Work, relationships, or external success haven’t delivered the fulfillment they expected—and something needs to change.
Our work focuses on getting unstuck, regaining direction, and building a life that feels more connected and meaningful. My approach is active, goal-directed, focused on what’s actually happening, and what truly needs to change. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian psychology, and Narrative therapy, we’ll alleviate the anxiety that fuels avoidance, while identifying and interrupting the patterns that keep you stuck.
Informed by my experience as a Navy SEAL, teacher, coach, and clinician, I work primarily with professionals and creatives navigating uncertain careers, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, chart a path forward, and move with less anxiety, more authenticity, and a renewed sense of purpose—along with a bit more joy.
