My approach is grounded in feminist, multicultural, and existential values, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. I honor your story, your identity, and your pace. I bring over 25 years of professional experience, and as a certified yoga instructor, I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices that connect mind and body to support deeper healing. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and expressive tools like art and play therapy when appropriate.

Clients describe me as calm, collaborative, and supportive. I’m working on my radical candor, offering both honesty and warmth in the work we do together. Currently, I see clients virtually. I offer trauma-informed, affirming care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and all individuals seeking a more empowered path forward.
