Congratulations on taking the first step and seeking out therapeutic services. Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times, and it’s important to have a space that is dedicated to you and your mental health needs. That’s why I firmly believe in creating a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I’m always open to working collaboratively with you based on your needs.
I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. When working with clients, I come from a person-centered orientation with a trauma-informed approach. I have worked with a variety of populations at different levels of care. This ranges from adolescents, children with disabilities, and adults with anxiety and depression in a private counseling setting to adults with long and persistent disorders in an inpatient crisis setting. Throughout my experience, I have learned that building trust and fostering a kind and supportive environment will always be the leading factor that drives the therapeutic sessions towards success. My goal is to help my clients reach their specific goals and have useful and practical tools to help them during those challenging moments that life brings us.
I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida in December 2024. I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, LGBTQ+, the Latinx community, and families. I also see clients in person and virtually.
Everyone deserves quality mental health care at an affordable price.
