My practice revolves around the belief that all humans are meant to work towards their full potential by incorporating meaning and purpose in daily living. My goal is to guide individuals by mainly utilizing a person-centered approach. I believe my clients are the drivers, while I am the passenger, simply helping guide the way.
In order to achieve realistic treatment goals, I take a solution-focused approach by including other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DB T), Attachment-Based Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This approach enables me to work with diverse populations and cater to all different needs of each individual. Throughout my professional experience, I have primarily helped individuals work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. By utilizing a person-centered approach with my clients, I strive to create a non-judgemental safe space where my clients can feel seen, heard, and highly motivated to make changes. Together, we will explore coping skills, emotion regulation, and maladaptive behavior patterns which will lead to a life of purpose, meaning, and inner peace.
