I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals who feel disconnected from themselves despite outward success—often experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, disordered eating, or a persistent sense of “not enough.” I also work with athletes, professionals, and individuals navigating life transitions who feel stuck, or uncertain about their direction. In a world increasingly lived through screens and comparison, many of my clients come in feeling detached from their real lives. Our work centers on helping you reconnect with your body, your values, and a deeper sense of purpose.
My approach is active, direct, and grounded in both science and meaning-making. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to help you create measurable change in how you think, feel, and act. With a Bachelor’s in Cognitive Neuroscience, I focus on how we can intentionally reshape thought patterns and build new neural pathways. I also draw from existential and stoic philosophies, challenging you to explore what drives you, what matters to you, and how you want to live—beyond productivity or external validation. This includes stepping out of passive consumption and back into active participation in your own life.
Clients can expect a collaborative, challenging, and growth-oriented space. I will help you move out of cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, and comparison, and into clarity, autonomy, and intentional action. This work is about understanding your patterns and then actively changing them. Together, we will work to rebuild your relationship with yourself, develop a stronger sense of identity, and create a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you actually are—not just how you are perceived.
